Degustation Nights

With the introduction of licenced beverages, Paymasters is delighted to offer degustation nights on a bi-monthly basis for those who wish to sample a wide selection of chef's favourite dishes in small portions, accompanied by a degustation course of fine wines.

A sample menu might include:

CHAMPAGNE ON ARRIVAL
Monmousseau Brut traditional champagne, France

 

1ST COURSE
Twice cooked pork with chilli pumpkin, eggplant and coriander relish with a star anise broth

Black sesame encrusted Atlantic Salmon  with a scallop, pickled ginger and  wakame salad

Grain fed eye fillet of beef with salami crisps on roasted garlic mash with a sage and brown butter demi glace
